I can’t even describe the scene we came upon. Jason was just lying there eyes wide open and he seemed to have bled out fast due to the silver. You could smell the burnt flesh where it had singed his skin.
Leah just collapsed in front of me, a silent cry on her lips and tears streaming down her face. I think she went into shock immediately at the sight of him. None of us could have ever suspected him. He was loyal to Leah to a fault. His loyalty went so far as to push my limits of patience even. At one point I thought she had maybe taken him for a lover the way he followed her around. That is until the rumors about is s*****ty started floating around. It lessened my worries, slightly.

I close my eyes and take a deep breath, his scent filling every dark corner of my mind helping me to wake up and think clearly.A panic attack, really? I had a panic attack?
