Chapter Two

After few minutes of drive, we arrived at my house, he pulled over and I thank him before walking out of the car in a haste not even giving the change to respond. 

“Hello! am back” I said loudly as I walked into the house. 

I saw Risa running to hug me. I carried her in my arms gave her a peck.

“how was your day at school today?” I asked her. 

 “It was good” I smiled and put her down then went to my room to freshen up.

I and Risa talked for a long time before mum came back from work I know she was tired so I made the dinner. 

We had to wait for Dad to come back before we start to eat.It was late in the night already ,we all went to our various room, except for risa insisting she wanna sleep in my room .

 that’s my baby sister for you, Always coming up with deferent dramas. 

the following morning, I repeated my usual morning routines. 

I stood before the mirror to recheck my dress once more. 

My hair is neatly parked into two pony tails, I don’t do makeup just a little face pond and lipgloss. 

I’m all Clad in my uniforms, short black skirt a white long-sleeve, and a big pair of black boots to my match. My socks? just above my kneels. 

I reach from my school bag on the dresser, I went to the dinning and had a quiet breakfast with my family. 

As soon I stepped out of our house, I saw a familiar car parked a few distance away. that’s the same spot car of yesterday.

Only one name calls to mind; Rey. 

What the hell is he doing here again. I decided to act as though I never noticed it, I continue walking forward but the car went on motion and stopped right in front of me. Blocking my path. 

And as expected, rey walked out of the car. He is clad in his uniforms and his golden hair curled. Yeah rey is quite good at changing hair styles giving him that devilishly sexy looks. 

He stood before and I felt as though I was standing before an iroko tree or give me a name for the most tallest 

Thing in the whole world. 

Without even greeting, he asked me to get into the car. 

“Have you ever heard of manners?” I muttered and I believe he heard me though but he acted as though he didn’t as he walked to the car to open the back door for me. 

“I’m not going go school with you and don’t even tell me you don’t take No for an answer.” I walked past him but I felt a strong yet soft grip at my wrist. 

I knew it was rey of course. 

He twirled me to face him and my eyes met with his hazel eyes. We locked gaze for a while. 

“I insist” he said breathlessly and I felt dragon rising in my stomach. 

His eyes and his voice made my vulnerable. I never even knew how I had gotten into his car. 

While the car was already on montion I fell back to my senses. 

“Hey, stop the car I’m going out. Why the crap are you even doing this? What are you up to huh?” I started rambling behind him. 

He glanced at me through the mirror and I saw the corner of his lips curved into a smirk. 

“Chill out okay, I’m just helping” 

In few heartbeats, we arrived at the school compound. Rey drove into the parking lot halted. 

Once we alighted from the car, I felt eyes boring at us from all anger. 

Student were hovering around us and most the girls are sending me daggers. 

If looks could kill then I would have been rotting 6 fit under just for the few hours I’ve alighted from the car with rey of all people. 

this exactly was what I’ve being avoiding, taking in deep breaths, I managed to walked past the pissed girls as I headed for my class. My head was down all the way. 

Halfway to my class, I was stopped by some bunch of girls and with look on their face, they were like roaring lions ready to pounce on top me. 

But before either of us could say anything, a hand grip my wrist. the girls in front of me cars and their eyes popped out to humanly possible as though, staring beside me as though they’ve seen a ghost. 

I turn to my side and Rey was standing beside me holding firm to my wrist. 

In next seconds he is pulling me along side with him. I was scared but allowed him. He literally saved me from those lions. 

“OMG”

“Are they really dating” 

“Isabella is so disgusting” 

“I Know she seduce him” my ears caught the petty gossips from the girls. 

I cared less. 

When we got to the the class, rey sat on his seat while I took mine. the seat beside me was empty. and that was weird. Chloe never skips school and most especially she’s always an early bird. I was expecting her to come maybe later but she didn't and it was getting me worried. 

What if something bad had happened to her?! 

Or maybe she’s just sick? 

Rey noticed

Then he came to me and asked

what happened

'nothing much' ,I replied, 

I knew something was wrong with her so I decided to sit beside her , then noticed that Chloe was not there . Oh! maybe that the reason why she has a worried face, thou she looks cute with the face, but I don't want her to frown . So I decided to cheer her up ,

Mind if u wanna play some games , she gave me a no , so I decided to brighten the day then I asked her to tell me more her

 Isabella POV

I was shocked when he asked me to him more about myself .Am Isabella as you know ,I have a young sister Risa ,My mum has a resurant while My dad is a Banker.

i replied"

what about you?

I asked him but was kinda scared 

I had to ask him"

Rey Pov

I have to answer her questions too  

I'm Rey,I also a younger bro who lives in Korea ,My Dad 

is the CEO of the building biggest company In the United States "Leo Groups And Company" , My mum is a popular model 

i gave an reply to her questions

oh that nice "she said" 

So any plan for the future

 "she asked"

Actually my dad wants me to take over his business but I don't want to 

Why?

Because I have a passion to be a medical doctor, I like it when I see doctor's attending to their patients , I just don't know; i wanna save life's

I replied

"Wow you have such a big dream as mine ,I also wanna become a doc to save people life ' she said

Wow I didn't know we had so much in common untill we started interacting with each other , I got to know he is an half cast , his mom is from Korea while is Dad is an American "oh nice wonder he is handsome" I think am beginning to like him . His a good friend and also nice I think one has to be close to me him in order to know that he is not grumpy, he just doesn't like been with people

My stomach started making some strange noise that was when I noticed we use the whole period to talk we went to the cafeteria together and went to the chair nearest to us and started eating 

After the food we went out together , suddenly Rey received a call and left me alone went into his car and drove off

That was strange! I jerked that off and went to the bus stop 

After getting home I met my mum at home 

Day strange

Hi Mom! how you doing , why u at home

Am sorry baby but am not feeling to well, I collapsed at the restaurant due to the heat, but am fyn now 

Oh! mum why you doing like this ,Have alway told you to take good care of yourself but you won't listen, stop getting me scared 

Go get some rest in your room , I will make the food and bring it up to you

Ok baby thanks for always been there for me

Bella! 

Huff! that Risa 

She hugged me and followed me to the kitchen ,we prepared dinner and went upstairs to serve mum

 Here comes the meal ,Woke mum up and served her the food.

Had to wait for Dad before we sleep ,and went to our various room

And let's call it a day
