"Katie's POV" Following Oliver, I kissed Jax before going further into the training area. Nerves were coursing through my veins. I may not have told Jax about the dream or that I suspected I knew whom it was. He was going to be in the packhouse dealing with pack business in a first level office, ready to be mind-linked if I needed him. "Katie's POV"Sitting on my knees, I look at the palace that towers before me. The sun behind it turned the sky orange and pink as it set. The mountains surrounding me towered even taller, touching the clouds. A dewy fog rolled from the bottoms of the mountain, filling the air with the smell of rain and clarity. Tears flowed from my eyes, I forgot how beautiful it was here. The mixture of awe swirled with pain, my heart aching in my chest. A thousand memories stabbed into my chest as I sat there on my knees.
