I woke up Friday morning in a pretty good mood. We had been working hard on the event all week, and I knew that it was going to be very informative and fun for everyone. Luna Abby and I had been working on the food for the carnival for the last few days. We started with the foods that we knew would be okay if we cooked them ahead of time. Things like chili for the chili dogs, and a few kinds of refrigerated pie. Today, we need to do a sampling of the menu for the carnival for our working lunch at city hall.

The dragon rides were a huge hit, and the afternoon presentation went much smoother than the morning one did. We had fun with the community until well into the evening.
