"You okay?" I opened my eyes and looked up at the voice to see a man with dark hair, a little long but not as long as Logan's as dark blue eyes staring down at me. He had a tank shirt in white, revealing his muscle pack arms with multiple tattoos, which he's using to carry my wedding style. Panic and humiliated, I duck my head lower from him. Then his chest rumbled in laughter. "You are a tiny thing, aren't you, princess."
"Seth, what the hell are you doing?" Another deep male voice from the house made me cringe at this guy's name. Seth then paused. "Who's this?"
"Oh, I caught a cat trying to climb the tree, which happens to be a fairy," joked Seth as he turned around to face the other guy. "Can we keep her?"
"No, can you put her down because I could tell you are scaring her," said the other guy when I got the look to see he also has the same features as Seth.
"I'm not scaring her; you were the one coming at me like a giant bear ready to eat her," Seth laughed, making the other guy growled.
"Just fucking put her down, geez."
"Language, brah. There is a lady here."
The other guy groaned again.
Then Seth finally obeyed and put me down. I hurry back, holding the towel against my body away from two prominent, handsome men. I was at the point I couldn't say anything because they were too stunning to look elsewhere - I mean, they look like those men with rigid rock bodies on those magazines Ares had subscribed to for fitness advice. I recognized the two of them from yesterday unloading the trunk. Seth was the one who was flirting with me, and the guy next to him was the one who smacked the back of his head.
"I'm sorry," the other one said. He has no hair at all, but his badass looks make him attractive in a way any woman would want a man like that. "My brother and I didn't mean to scare you." I guess he's the mature brother then.
I looked at the other one and saw him checking me out with a smile until it faded. Once I realized I was only wearing a tank top that revealed most of my scarred skin, I was doomed to hide it from them.
"Did you hurt yourself from the fall?" Seth approached me with a frown as if he blamed himself, but I pulled myself back.
"Now, who's scary who?"
"Shut up, Don," Seth growled at his brother. "We need the medical kit and tell Rex we will be late because we found a fairy."
"You made her fall," The Don guy rolled his eyes and groaned at the same time as he stepped inside the house. "Let me get the kit."
"Wait!" I yelled, preventing Don from going inside and biting my lower lip. "You don't have to...um...these scars were from long ago."
Both brothers looked at me with eyes that went from concern to soft. I didn't know these men, but they were my neighbor though. That doesn't mean I have to tell them the truth about my scars. I couldn't even speak to Logan about them, yet these strangers I was able to confess.
Chirping sounds from the bird inside the towel in my arms snap me out.
"What the hell is that?" Donovan says as he and his brother look around for the noise until their eyes fall upon the thing in my arms.
"Sorry," I say quietly and unravel the towel to show them the baby bird inside. "I was trying to climb up the tree and put this little guy back, but you surprised me."
"Shit," Seth hissed and scratched the back of his neck, looking guilty. "Sorry."
"Way to go, bro." Don snort.
I let out a smile. "It's okay," I could tell these guys aren't so bad despite their Adonis-looking features. They are lovely guys except for one person I don't want to mention.
"Give him here," Don outstretches his arm towards me, then hands him the bird. "Seth, get the ladder." When his brother disappeared to the door that leads into the garage, one hand-carry the ladder like it was light as a feather and then positioned it on the tree.
Don climbed up and gently placed the baby bird in his nest. When he jumped down, the mama bird arrived and started to feed her babies.
"Thank you," I said when we watched the family of small birds. Then another giant bird, probably the daddy bird, cradled the mama bird. My eyes on the mother feeding three baby chicks and the father bird watching his little hatchling eating brought painful memories of my parents. I couldn't help but cry.
"Hey, you okay?"
Tears were falling until I was being watched by two older men concerned for someone they met who happens to be neighbors. I wiped my eyes on the back of my hand, then sniffled. "Sorry, just thinking of my parents."
"What happened to them?" this was coming from Seth, and before I could say something that wouldn't give them an answer, they wanted to hear commotion from inside the two men's house. We all snap in the direction, "Ah, crap, what is it now?"
"You know he will never rest about her, right?" Don chuckled.
Both men were making me confused and just distracted by the noise inside their house. It was my chance to climb their ladder and jump over the tall wooden fence like a ninja. As I planned, I tiptoed my way around. Seth and Don started climbing the ladder, then suddenly, their complete glass backdoors slid wide open, and I would never expect to hear his voice.
"Fuck!" he roared, letting the whole neighbor hear.
"What is now, little brother?" Seth asked an amusing question.
Little brother?
Oh, hell no!
Seth and Don are the twins' older brothers!
What the hell am I getting myself into entering a pack of wolves?
Ironic.
"Logan here is pissed that the little mouse he found didn't come to school today," Liam answered, adding a laugh.
I kept still, not making a sudden movement so none of them would notice my escape. I must be meticulous where I step while listening to their conversation topic about me.
"Oh, you mean that emo girl that got you all riled up," Seth teased.
"You know she's pissed that you told her off. Calling her she is not special, and you wouldn't chase her tail," Don stated. "Smooth words, little bro."
Fuck!
That asshole told them what he said to me.
What the fuck are they? Gossip girls?
Are they my aunt and female relatives on my mom's side when they talk smack about my siblings and me because we have my dad's blood? Even though they act nice, I know they hated my dad deep down. I couldn't stand the look on their faces; they sour whenever we visit them in the Philippines except for one, Claire, who lives with her parents in London, and she's the sweetest cousin, and her mom well, she has a bit of a loud mouth that can hurt a person just by words, but she's nice too. Her dad is chill but doesn't have a voice when his wife speaks over her venomous tongues. But my other girl cousins in that family would talk shit about us. If they don't like us, then they should stitch up their mouths and kiss my-
"It's not my fault she thinks of me like that," Logan argued. "I was nice to her because she looks like she has no friends."
"And the way Paris treated her, calling her a curse," Liam added. "That is harsh to call someone like her making shit up that she killed her parents."
I yelped, making a tiny squeak, and fucked up that I made a sound to catch their attention. My heart was racing, and I could feel their eyes on my back.
"Aphrodite?" Liam called out my name. Shit! "Hey, it's her, Logan. What are you doing here?"
"You know her?" this was coming from Don.
"Know her? She is the girl who got this brute acting up, right Logan?"
Fuck! Crap! Shit!
My mind is racing with more swear words to come up with when I'm in a dangerous situation like this. I couldn't move my feet at all while posing like a stone. I'm so fucked up I could not dare look back and face them.
Instead of looking back at them, I tried to rush up the steps of the ladder only to get my foot caught in the steps in the process, and another fall was not expecting to find the second time but felt arms under me, not by Seth this time it was Logan. Our eyes locked once he caught me from the fall...Ah crap!
"Well, what do we have here?" He pulled on a smirky grin. "Caught me a fairy."
Again with the fairy.
My heart skipped a beat. His voice made my face heat up.
"Hey, I said that first, bro, can't steal my nickname for her."
Ignoring Seth's complaint. I could hear his amusement tone. I angrily pushed Logan off and winched at my ankle. "Damn it," I hissed as I limped to stand on one foot.
"Nice going, little bro. Not only you hurt her verbally but physically as well." Seth teased once again at Logan, who got a growled back.
"Shut the fuck up, Seth," Logan took a step forward me with anger, but once he saw my sprained ankle from the fall, he frowned. "Here, let me help you."
"No!" I barked, sticking my hand out from having him get close to me. "You've done enough on me. I'm going back. Thanks for helping me, you two," I say, thanking Don and Seth, who both nodded.
"Wait," Logan pulled on my arm, and I yanked it away. "Since it's my fault you feel, let me take responsibility."
"You aren't the first person to make me fall off a ladder," I crossed my arm. Logan looked back at his brothers. Liam's puzzle look was pointing at himself as if he was the one, but then Don cleared his throat and hid his point finger at Seth.
When Seth saw his little brother's glaring eyes were on him, he put up his hands to surrender. "I already apologized to her. Plus, she fell because she was climbing to reach the other side of the tree," he says in his defense.
"What were you doing climbing a tree?" Logan asked, facing his blue eyes on me with questions. I had to look away and not be tempted by them again.
And I hate they are obsessive to look at.
"Why? It's not your concern to ask a non-special girl with whom you didn't want to chase tails?" I scoffed. "So, why bother asking me why I was climbing?" Then I heard his brothers' snickers behind him made Logan growled back at them.
"My perverted older brother might have done something you didn't like." Logan says, then I heard Seth yell back a 'hey!' as an offensive statement from his little brother.
"I didn't touch her even if she asks...unless you wanted me to, fairy," he wiggled his brows, making me chuckle at his joke and Logan growling. When he growled, I growled back.
"Look, asshole," I snapped his brain to focus on me. "If you don't care that you sprained my ankle, I suggest let me go back home."
"Why are you acting like a bitch to me?" he snapped.
"Because you are turning me into one!" I argued back, almost my voice rising to the top.
I clenched my fist. "God! I have a perfectly normal life and avoid people who don't need to be concerned about my lifestyle. I rather have them look at me like a nobody, but ever since you showed up and acted like a nice guy who is the king of assholes, you ruined it for me."
"All I asked is a question in which you refuse to answer me," Logan crossed his muscular arms over his chest, and I saw him flex his biceps. "What did I do to ruin you? We didn't have sex or anything."
This bastard!
Seeing how muscular he is, much like his brothers, made me want to jump him clawing at his face, but I hate wanting to feel those. I had to revert to reality and remind myself that a guy like Logan doesn't like girls like me.
What the hell am I thinking about touching him? He is the last person I want to feel myself on.
Bastard! Bastard! Bastard!
"I don't need to answer you. You heard what Paris called me; I'm cursed." I hate to admit it, but I sometimes felt like I was. "I had driven my parents to their death because I was a spoiled child wanting nothing more than a stupid iPad," Tears were already falling from my eyes. "There! Happy now? I killed my parents. So, leave me alone."
I finally let the painful words out of me. I started bawling. Crouching down to my knees and hugged myself while I cried.
I never cried so much after my parents died. Once they were gone, I didn't complain once. Not even at the funeral, all that my brain was blaming me. It was my fault while my heart stayed in a coma.
I did it. I made my parents focus too much on helping me with the iPad and couldn't wait patiently at home, and if I didn't see that upcoming eighteen-wheeler truck ramming towards us, then it would be better if I died in their place, they would still be living happily.
"I...killed...them," I whispered in confession. "I...killed my parents." I couldn't handle hiding it, especially in front of people who were my neighbors. It would have been better for me to stay in bed the whole day so none of this would be happening to me.
While I whispered the words repeatedly like I was going insane, the incredible thing happened when I felt pulled into someone's chest and his arms around me. I didn't have second thoughts but knew right away it was Logan.
"Don't think that," he whispered as if he were in pain. "You didn't kill your parents. They should be glad that you survive. They wouldn't want their little girl to live a short life. They would have wanted you to live. So, don't say such things that aren't true." He kissed the top of my head, embracing me tighter in his warmth.
The minute he held me in his arms, I felt safe. I didn't fight him off or argue for touching me without asking me. Somehow, I allowed it. His arms felt like steel walls that suddenly became my barrier to protect me from threats. As he caressed my hair and rubbed my back, my lips quivered, and more tears ran down my eyes as I clenched onto his shirt to prevent him from letting go crying out loud in his embrace.
I'm sitting on the bed inside the room of Logan Wolfe.I'm shaking out of my wits here. Just a few minutes ago, I was bawling in front of four brothers who had heard and seen everything that had been going on with my miserable life, and that is something I shouldn't be revealed in front of others. My brain is always searching around the room, making myself aware of the inside chamber of a boy. I've been inside Ares room once when I was looking for my iPhone because apparently, he broke his during a fight with some guy at the bar and destroyed his phone in the process, so Athena and I had to take turns letting him use our phones until he received the replacement.Ares's room was different than Logan's - entirely different. But, the one thing that separates my brother and Logan's room is that clothes surround his place. It's a total mess because he goes to work early, then comes home late or the next day, so he doesn't have time to organize. Athena would have to pick up his dirty clothe
"Shit!" He hissed as he got off the bed and rubbed his forehead. "What the hell?""I'm sorry, I shouldn't be doing this. Don't you have a girlfriend or someone you have benefits with because I'm not that type of girl to be played with," I freaked out and limped my way off his bed, heading towards the door when he caught me by the wrist, stopping me from leaving?"Wait, Aphrodite, just listen-" he was cut off when I heard voices downstairs. A man and woman, and I recognize the female voice anywhere.I let my wrist go from Logan's grip, headed out his door, and made my way down the stairs when I slowly heard my sister's voice coming from the family room. I ran over there and saw Thea sitting on a guy's lap who looked similar to Logan's and his brother's, but his head was shaved off but had a rough mustache and beard with the same pair of blue eyes. I'm guessing this is the guy Don mentioned calling. Rex has the same matching tribal tattoo on his right arm. Looking at how macho and older
The next day when I came back from my fake illness, I considered that day the best day because an angel encountered me. And that angel came by my locker again today. "Aphrodite?" I was surprised by a sudden voice that had me speaking a bit, thinking it was Logan. I know that's not his voice. I was expecting to start another day this morning, but as I closed my locker and faced the person behind it, I was stunned. Paul Walker My ass. I wish it's possible, but Paul is in a better place now, and even if we're still alive and had a son who looks just like him, then I wouldn't be joking around - but he has a brother. Although, he wouldn't be a high school student. No, the person talking to me was my high school's pretty boy, top of his class and overachiever, not to mention Paris's boyfriend, Clark Mason. "H-hi-h-hi..." I was stammering and stuttering. I think both are the same expression I'm giving off Clark, and he's looking at me as if I'm having a seizure. I mean, it's Clark Mas
It's been a long time since I could talk to someone and nothing happened to her. I worried that she would get hurt if she got too close to my personal space. I let people out of my life, expecting them to ignore me. But, the only people that had somehow cracked a hole in my invisible wall were Logan and Lily.I hope everything between Lily and me isn't going too fast that we would hang out now that she talked to me."Hey, can I have your number?"I looked at her and told her, "No.""What? Oh, come on." She whined. "Don't be so cruel. I thought we were friends here.""We are," I admitted, re-reading the lines."Then why can't you give me your number?'"Because it's broken, my replacement won't arrive until tomorrow," I told her. After Hurricane Athena ended, I had to call for a replacement, and luckily we have insurance in case something would give the carrier to provide us with a brand new phone. But, it doesn't arrive until tomorrow morning. I'm stuck being phone-less."Oh, then I ca
Students in the hall all pass by, but their eyes would land on us while they walk by."Clark Mason," Lily whispered in shock, like how I was when he started talking to me. Her eyes and mouth were wide open to let the bugs fly in. Then when she snapped out of it, she started nudging my arm. "You talked with Clark Mason? How is he talking to you?"I ignored Lily's excitement that the school idol was talking to us, but he approached us because he only came for one person."Hey, Aphrodite," he smiles, "going to sixth period?"Well, duh, Sherlock, it's the last class. This guy has been bugging me since I said no to dating him, and now he thinks it's okay that we talk like buddies. I mean, since he spoke to me first as we talked like friends, I felt he was coming on to me strong, and a gut feeling tells me that he would never quit. Not once did he listen to me each class yesterday when I told him to stop following me to my classes. Talking about the Supernatural only made the awkwardness be
"Run by me that again?" Logan's voice became dark as he asked. I heard Liam whispering to his twin to stop, but that didn't help."That's right, Aphrodite and I are dating, and as her boyfriend, I suggest you get the hell away from her, or there will be consequences." Clark threaten."Oh, brah, you don't know the meaning of consequences because that is what I intend to do when I rip your throat out." His husky voice means that he is serious about hurting Clark. Logan is twice his size because of all the abs he's packing, and I don't think Clark has a chance. So, words are his offense and defense."Well, brah, if you don't want to get in trouble like from your old school. You don't want to give tension to your new friends. So, I suggest you back off."Even with the pain, I had turned slowly to take a peek at Logan and saw he didn't hesitate to tackle Clark. Even with the same age range, Logan is so much bigger and could physically hurt Clark, but mentioning his old school had to stop t
Ugly. That's what I see.Standing in front of my mirror wearing the ugliest outfit I had ever come up with made me regret agreeing with this date. I don't even know what I'm doing anymore. I have no clothes to wear on one date. Just a precise date, and I'm overbearing on what I will wear. Clark texted me earlier, and he's taking me out to someplace fancy."Dress nice and sexy for me.""Ugh!" I scratched my hair, frustrated I caused the whole house to shake, then a loud knock on the door made me jump."Effie?" My sister opened my door. "What's wrong? Why are you yelling?" She blinked. "What are you wearing?"I turned from the mirror and gave her my sad puppy look expression made her worried. "Athena~ help~."Twenty minutes later, I told her everything. Athena sat on my bed, and I sat on the floor, looking glum for a first date."I see," she rubbed her chin, thinking seriously. "So, you're going on a date with this Clark Mason guy to get Logan jealous?""I did not say jealous!" I bellow
It wasn't long before our date took us to a classy, expensive diner downtown. It was a quiet restaurant with a few people who wanted to enjoy and soft music from the pianist played as we ate. Between bites, Clark and I talked about a few things similar or what we like and dislike, and honestly, I enjoyed myself with him. Clark can be a tease, but he's sweet and does live up to his title as a Prince at school."Well, isn't this a surprise," I heard a female voice as I looked up to see Heather Seely wearing an elegant black gown that fits perfectly around her slim body made me ashamed of my wearing a loose dress? "Clark, I didn't know your here and with a date. You must be the girl he talked about. I'm Heather, his cousin.""Yeah, I know. Nice to meet you.""Heather, our table is over there," My body stiffened once I heard that familiar voice as it made it freeze. "Effie?"Crap. Crap. Crap. Crap!"You know her, Logan?""No, not really," I felt a pang in my heart when he said that. "But
Hello to my readers! This chapter is the last chapter for LOGAN and just to warn you it's a bit longer and I don't want to split it in half because this is an epilogue. I deeply apologize and would like to say thank you for joining me on this journey with completing book 1 of The Wolfe Brothers series. See you guys in book 2! It had been a week since the incident with Heather, and I was ready to return to school, acting as if nothing had happened. The next day I treated it like any other ordinary day. Forget about the past and move on with the future. After spending my recovery at my grandfather's home for a week, some students think I had an accident. Although I'm healed, I had to get a weekly check-up to see if I'm fully recovered to do anything. I contacted Lena and told her part of the truth as to why I was missing that weekend, and she forgave me and requested I work extra hard. It turned out she will be planning to have my EP album out soon for Christmas with original song
"Effie, what's wrong, baby?" Logan came out of the bathroom as quickly as he saw me taking out the comforters. My leg throbs, but I didn't want to leave my virgin blood on the silk covers."We need to burn these sheets," I said, struggling to remove the comforters while naked, and Logan was enjoying the view. "Can you not stare and help me.""I could see this every day," he smirked, leaning on the bathroom door frame - naked. His cock was still erect after making love."Why don't you take a picture?" I told him with a grunt."Why should I when I have the real deal," he chuckled."Logan, please help. I just had sex with you for the first time, and I'm a bit sore down there." I hissed from a slight pang. "Oh... Wow""Yeah, you will get used to that," he chuckled and was amused by my glare. "Here, let me do it-," Logan said as he tried to take the blanket, but I jerked it away."Go take the other end.""Damn, you're so bossy. Did our lovemaking change you?" He asked as a joke."No, it's
Logan got off the bed, removing his pants and boxers, while I quickly did the same with my clothes and took off my bra and underwear. I sat naked on the bed, staring at the beautiful creature.Logan stood there all whole naked specimen looking mighty fucking fine. Logan was a living working art, his olive skin so tempting to touch. Every move gave away his strength. Every inch of his body was drool-worthy; his abdomen was a sculpture to perfection as his six-pack popped instantly, giving off the impression that he was reborn once again as a Hawaiian God. In his past life, he must have been a warrior, strong and loyal. His biceps were the size of my head. For an eighteen-year-old guy, he worked pretty hard to earn those muscles. But what caught my attention was his cock that sprung. I swallowed hard as my eyes grew wide. I know what I'm getting myself into, but should I wait? His cock was huge, and I didn't think it would fit me.Logan took something from his wallet that appeared to b
I gaze at the girl in the mirror. The looking glass wall-mounted, encircled by a frame of threadlike strands of silver, interlaced together in a mock-cable arrangement. The luminosity of the light shone through the whole bathroom as I studied myself. After a long shower, I called for cleansing. Three days I have not bathed, and it's revolting.I turned over, wiped the fog off the mirror, and stood there looking at myself, taking in every detail, shape, size, and color. The mirror shows me what the whole world can understand. A girl with scars, long black hair, and silver eyes; covered in scars and the faded purple bruise around my abdomen where Heather kicked me at the same place. It doesn't hurt nearly as much now.Everything I've been through since that accident was full of fright, frustration, and loneliness. Then through my teenage years, however lonely, isolated, and neglected by others who saw me as a threat. Meeting Lily changed my thoughts about people; we became loyal friend
While the mood goes too emotional, I spotted Terry not getting into this happy moment. I pulled back from the family hug. "Hey guys, can you leave for a moment? I want to talk to Terry."Everyone saw how serious my tone was and walked out. Before he left with the others, Logan planted a quick kiss and told me he would be outside if I needed anything.Once everyone left as Logan closed the door. It was just Terry and me.I say straight up as Terry stands there with his hands behind his back. It was quiet and awkward. Honestly, I'm nervous, but I got to let it all out and ask. I want to know if Terry's the person from my childhood. Pivoted flashbacks in my mind as I remembered the older girl."Terry?""Yes?" He answered formally.Where are you from?"London.""You don't have an accent. Where were you born there?""No."I bite my lower lip. "Okay, where were you born?""Long Beach."I inhaled and let out the air. "Have you lived in a foster home with a family called the Brayden?"I waite
Tears were falling from my eyes before Athena said the words. "But dad said his parents died. How? How can this be?""You know dad didn't like to talk about his family," Ares said with a snort. "He makes things up to lie.""Effie," sat back down, taking my hand while Odin had the other. "I know it's a shock to you, but think about it. The time you spend with him, don't you feel a connection when you spend time with me? Most people say he's the spitting image of me."I thought about it the first time I met Odin at the bus stop trying to go home. "At first, I thought he was stalking me."A snort was made, and I saw it was coming from Seth, who pursed his lips. Terry stared at him and glared. Don hit his older brother in the head, making Seth snarl at his younger brother."I only followed you because I thought I saw a replica of my Lorraine," Odin added. "Athena looks like your mom, Ares has your dad and mine good looks, but you," he touches my chin gently on his fingers. "You have your
"Oh my god, Effie," Thea was the first to embrace me with her fragile-yet strong arms. She squeezes me. "I'm so glad you're okay."Everyone who burst through those doors shocked me that they all waited for me to wake up. Seeing all of their faces warms my heart."How long was I out?" I asked."Three days," Ares replied.Three days!No wonder I felt so weak, and my hair smells like I haven't bathed in years, which is gross.Thea was squeezing me tighter. I gasped for air. "Thea, I can't breath."Thea did not answer but only felt her body shaking uncontrollably; I know it was not the pregnancy but her fear of losing her baby sister and another family member.I rubbed her back and laid my head on hers as she cried softly."I was so worried about you," she sniffled and pulled back. Her silver eyes were moist with tears. "When Clark told us that his cousin is back and explained how obsessed she was with Logan, I knew right then something bad was happening."I looked over at Clark, who was
Twelve years ago at The Brayden's Home - Foster Home. "Haha," Kenny laughed, pointing a finger at me. "You are a nobody and were left here. Nobody wants you." I hugged my legs, hiding behind the house of The Brayden, owned by George and Maggie Brayden. They were friendly, but the way they greeted me felt like those weirdo parents who kept their children sanitized from everything they touched. George was no muscle but short and tubby-like a gnome with a Super Mario mustache, and Maggie wore heavy make-up looking like 99 cents cheap doll. They were friendly, but I felt uncomfortable talking to them. Since I arrived without Ares and Athena because they were sent to different homes, I was scared. I was alone for the first time. "Look at those ugly scars! Ewww!!" He and the other kids older than me chorus, looking disgusted at my accident scars. I tried to cover them up, but my body was so small I could go up and run away. I went inside, and they followed me into the house and called m
Twelve years ago...Long Beach Memorial Hospital - Patients Room.Feeling as if minutes passed by, I weakly opened my eyes to see nothing but blurred with a bright white dot, and all I could think was Tinkerbell. I fluttered my eyes a few times to clear my eyes, and finally, the light bulb came to view. I looked up at the ceiling and made my eyes burn. I squint. I woke up in an unfamiliar room of only white, no peels or dirt. There is no decoration except a borderline of pink and blue bunnies jumping in a line over light green grass. Two windows at my side with pink drapes covering the sun's brightness. Next to it was a water bag connected to clear tubes that drips water and beeping machines that mommy calls heart monitors that track your heart rate. A needle poking my arm with many stitches wrapped around it like long princess gloves, and seeing them made my stomach ache. I breathe only to find a tube in my nose that shoots air from another machine. The pain from my head hurts so b
