Chapter 64: Nightmare

As I woke up in the middle of the night, I was in a state of confusion and disorientation. My heart was racing as I tried to calm myself down and understand what had just happened. I then realized that it was just a dream, but the intensity of it left me shaken.

In my dream, Samantha was chasing after our car, and it all ended in a terrible accident. The images were vivid and realistic, and I could picture Athro, our little man, being hurt badly. The dream was so real that I found myself crying, even though I knew that it was just a figment of my imagination.

As I composed myself, I began to wonder if the dream was a sign of something. Was it my subconscious trying to tell me that something was wrong? Or was it just a random occurrence that held no meaning at all? The uncertainty of it left me restless, and I found it hard to go back to sleep.
