Chapter 122: True Colours

Derrick dialled again and prayed to God to let Derry answer his call. The phone rang for a while, and it was finally answered but Derrick could not hear Derry. There seems to be some sort of radio static interference sound.

"Hello, Mr McClean, can you hear," Derrick asked as he moved around to see if he could get a better reception for a better voice clarity but that didn't work.

Derrick ended the call after a few minutes and shoved the phone back into his pocket.

"Let's go back to the company," Derrick said to Marcus and they all got into the car.

They had met the last company that cancelled their contract outside the office but they could not save that either. Weeks had gone by and the company was nearing bankruptcy. Derrick and Rosy sat in the back seat and Marcus drove them all back to the office.

Arriving at the office, Marcus followed Derrick to his cabin, and he called John to join them as instructed by Derrick.

Rosy however did not follow them to Derrick's cabin, but she entere
