Chapter 125: I am Interested in This Case

Derrick was left speechless after listening to the servant. He quickly searched his pocket for his phone and he realized he didn't have it on him. He figured he may have left it in the car. He gave his car keys to the servant to fetch him his phone from the car and went ahead to ask her which ward Lily was in.

"Not sure, I have not been told anything," Replied the servant.

"Fine, just get me my phone," Derrick said and proceeded to the reception to ask about Lily.

He had a baseball cap covering half of his face. The nurse looked at the strange man standing in front of her with half of his face covered. She thought he looked familiar though but could not tell who exactly he was.

"Ms Lily Shawn," Derrick said her name.

"Are you a relative?" asked the nurse.

"Yes," came Derrick's deep voice. "I am her fiancé," he added.

"Private ward three. It's upstairs, on the 2nd floor," the nurse informed him.

"Thanks," replied Derrick and he checked to see if the servant was back with his phone.
