My entire body felt numb. It seems like all the strength I have suddenly vanished. It feels heavy as if I was carrying a huge object on top of me. My eyes were burning and my head felt big.

“You're awake,” he captured my eyes from the white ceiling. This is the second time I woke up and the white ceiling of the hospital greeted me. First, I was in an accident saving an innocent kid. Now, I am here for the reason that I still don't know.

“W-What happened?” It was hard to use my voice. My throat was rough. Ford beside me looked bothered and frustrated. I could feel how much he wanted to scold me but my situation right now is holding him back.

“You passed out. The doctor said it's because of stress and lack of sleep. I didn't know that you're anemic,” he took a deep sigh. His voice was calm, but his eyes weren't.

“You also have a fever,” he added. “You should have listened to me when I told you to just rest. Look what happened,” he shook his head and even rolled his eyes
