“Why did you break up with him?” Claire asked while we were both in the room that her mother allowed us to sleep. The other room is for Charlotte, and for Ford who is still not here yet.

“He's the one who broke up with me, Claire, not me.” I simply smirked and shook my head.

She's just a little kid and yet she's showering me her tons of questions about Sean.

“And why? He seems nice. I like him for you,” I breathed heavily and faced her. She's the first one who said that she likes Sean for me. Everybody around me hates him for me as they know that Sean only sees Celeste to me.

I smiled weakly. Even if she likes him for me, there's nothing I can do. I gave it all. I did everything I could for him even though I was the one he was shattering. In the end, he still ended our relationship.

“He loves you, I saw it from his eyes. The way he looks at you, love is in those eyes.” I paused from folding my clothes when Claire mentioned that. I really can't believe I'm hearing all of
