I sat in my study, my mind filled with the thought of Emily.

The study room was the only place where I could be free from Nichole, she had taken the leverage that we were getting married to rub herself all over me at every given chance.

If only she knew how complicated things have gotten now.

It's been an entire day since the occurrence between Emily and I and I still can't shake her thoughts off my head.

I felt a twinge of pain each time I remembered the look in her eyes. They were laced with anger and coldness.
