I ran all the way into the house, my heart racing like a wild drum.

Liam was in love with me?

I couldn't deny that the look on his face was evident that he meant every word he said.

But how is that even possible? Liam could barely spare me a second glance when we were together years ago.

But hearing him admit it with so much emotions in his eyes to back up his confession hit me differently.

But then, what does this mean for my current relationship?

I can't let this get to me, just like I said to him, the ship has sailed, I am with Adrian now, and that is not about to change, not even on the basis that I still harbored feelings for Liam.

I can definitely try to put a strong chain on my feelings.

This wouldn't have been a situation for me if I hadn't been forced down here by the Gonzalez.

I wouldn't entirely blame them because it wouldn't have also been a situation for me if I had come clean and told him about Liam.

Adrian would definitely make sure I don't go back to
