IRIS

When Deacon dropped me off at the school I could tell he wasn't going far. "Really?" I said turning to look at him. "Sorry Iris, I have to keep an eye out. I will stay out of sight I promise." He said smiling at me, like it made a difference. I sent a text.

We need to discuss my constant babysitter. I thought you said this lifestyle was based on trust, yet you don't seem to trust me. I don't need him to follow me around. It's distracting.

I placed it back in my pocket rolled my eyes and headed towards the meeting spot with Stephen. He wanted to take me to a place he said had beautiful photo opportunities, but stressed he didn't want to go to the ocean. When I walked up to him he grinned big and walked towards me, embracing me in a hug. "Hey Iris, I am glad you could come." He said licking his lips. Uh oh.
