Chapter Sixty-Six

"Can I come in?" Hayden asked, and I shook my head as if he could see me.

"No, you can't see me, till I am done," I screamed and drew a line with my lipstick on my jaw by mistake.

"Shit!, Hayden Stay in one place and stop asking if you could come in, every two minutes!" I screamed, then grabbed my foundation to cover up my lipstick.

He opened the door and came closer to where I was sitting on my vanity doing my makeup, then turned me so I was having him.

"You don't have to try too hard; this is not even an important meeting. It's just a meeting with old clients. I have not taken any of my secretaries there because I can handle everything. I am just letting you come so you can see how fun it will be."

"Or I can come and see how I am not suited for the secretary job; I mean, if I can't handle something you can handle alone by yourself, then that means that I am hopeless."

He scoffed, "No, it means you need my practice, so don't be hard on yourself."
