Chapt 69: Another Negotiation

"Did he really say that about me?" Abby asked the middle-aged man sitting across from her.

"Of course. There's no way I'd lie. A beautiful and successful woman like you doesn't deserve to be an escape for a broken-hearted man like Zachary. Don't you want to move on to another man?" the man asked rhetorically.

Abby remained silent, not wanting to give any reaction to the man's statement. Although Zac was her means of revenge, it didn't mean she would easily believe the words of an unreliable person, especially when it was about Zac.
