Chapt 74: A Clue

"Where have you been? Why did you leave in the morning and just come back?" asked Gin when he saw Monica enter their room. He was still at the hotel with the girl and was planning to go home, but, since morning, Monica had locked the door as if she was deliberately trying to keep him in.

Gin started guessing what was happening to him right now with all his wits. He had only gotten to know Monica but had already entrusted everything to the girl while Abby, his biological sister, was being kept at arm's length.

"I have some business. Have you eaten yet?" Monica asked, then pecked Gin's lips, who had lost interest. Monica was indeed a charming girl, but he wasn't blind. He knew that Monica had a secret that he didn't know.

"What business? Why do you smell of drink? Are you drunk?" Gin sniffed Monica's body and moved away. He was silent for a while before returning to question the girl. "You went out with a guy?"

Monica stopped her activity. Her clothes just sagged to the floor
