CHAPTER 13

It was around seven in the morning. Vivian entered into the kitchen; she was wearing a long armless gown and tied a brown headscarf. She had woke up since five-thirty, supervising the maids that were preparing the meals and making sure it ready before her husband and Alex went to work.

She went to her bedroom to take something and just returned back. She met the maids setting fruits inside small fancy trays and they had finished cooking. Vivian opened the dish plates one by one and checking on the meals packed inside them.

“Well done, carry them with plates and follow me” Vivian said with gentle voice and leaving the kitchen. One of the ladies carried the meals while another lady carried the fruits and going after Vivian.

They were getting down to the dining room while Alex’s mother got there. She was just coming from her room.

“Oh so fast, you’re done. Well done Vivian” she said and Vivian just shook her head. She passed beside her and continued lead
