Emily's p.o.v
My hand was still linked to Cole when he drove into his friends pack.
Every person who was walking quickly stopped moving. Some had cold glares on their faces while others looked terrified.
I couldn't understand why they were looking at us in such a way when Cole assured me how his friends would be thrilled to have us.
The ladies quickly gathered the young ones and rushed them into their houses ahead. A few well-built men quickly came running from afar and stood a bit further from our car.
I looked at Cole and noticed how calm he was.
"I can't mind link them since I'm not part of their park. I just have to go through with this pretty soon." He murmured under his breath then looked at me with a smile.
"You stay here okay. I'll go and talk to
...." He cut his words short as I gasped loudly in fear.
