“I’m here to see Valeriano Degli Baronesi.” I smile at the receptionist who is standing in the most decadent reception hall that I have ever seen.

She already has the phone in her hand as she gestures to me to sit down. “Just a moment, ma’am.”

I sit down in the luxurious armchairs and start scrolling through a high-fashion magazine as a bulky and tall guy with an undercut hairstyle approaches me with a broad smile.
