Chapter 81

They moved out of the canyon and climbed the rocky part to get to the top. They were too far from the road that the carriage should have taken. Xurden looked behind the demon kid while climbing. His servants stayed quiet on his back in order not to offend Tear, since they were on his territory. After a while, they reached the ground above by not stopping. Tear turned to them to check them without a word. Sebastian raised his hand to ask permission to speak. Tear looked at his servant and waited. His servant saw it as a sign that was why Sebastian spoke out of what was on his mind.

“Why don’t we use the portal to get to the town?” Sebastian hesitantly asked the demon kid before lowering his hand.

“You can do it if you want to get caught,” Tear said to Sebastian. “We won’t be here if we can use the portal. I would have done it in the beginning if that was just easy.”

“I am just asking.” Sebastian removed his attention from the demon and frowned.
