Glowing in the Dark

XYLON has been gone for quite some time. "Where did that arse go?" He left me alone in this old house. What if someone shows up here? It's getting late, and he's still out there in the middle of the forest.

I reluctantly looked out the wide window, searching for any sign of him. I tightly gripped the window ledge. I shouldn't care, right? I shouldn't be thinking about him after what he said. I don't understand why he's so difficult to figure out.

Sometimes, he's incredibly kind to me. Then, other times, he's distant and cold. Our relationship used to have its ups and downs, but now... it's getting even worse.

It's his fault that I'm treating him this way. If only he would show some remorse. If he could only try to win me over.

I let out a sigh and decided to wait for Xylon outside. We're surrounded by woods, and there could be wild animals around.
