Andreas leaned forward in his chair, his expression grave, as he spoke to Carla about Rebecca. "She's been through a lot this past week," he said, his voice thick with emotion. "I can tell she's still struggling to process everything that's happened to her."

Carla nodded sympathetically, her eyes filled with concern. "I can only imagine how hard this must be for her," she said softly. "But she's strong, Andreas. She's been through tough times before, and she's always come out on the other side."

Andreas sighed heavily, his shoulders slumping. "I know," he said. "But this time feels different. She's not herself, Carla. She's withdrawn, and she hardly eats or sleeps. I'm worried about her."

Carla reached across the table and placed a comforting hand on Andreas's arm. "You're doing everything you can for her, Andreas," she said. "Just keep being there for her. She needs your support now more than ever."
