Chapter 420

Anthony hung suspended in the air, utterly still. His once handsome face was now disfigured beyond recognition.

Margot's pupils constricted in horror, unable to bear the thought of the excruciating pain Anthony must be enduring. She yelled anxiously, "Curtis! Curtis, set Anthony down!"

Curtis was wheeled over by Chester in his wheelchair. Seeing Margot shed tears for Anthony, he felt a surge of anger. "Begging for my help now?" Curtis sneered.

Margot turned around upon hearing Curtis' voice. As she saw Curtis drawing closer, she rushed toward him and pleaded, "Curtis, you have to release him. Please let him down. He's going to die."

Margot felt a sharp pang in her heart as she witnessed Anthony's blood trickling down, staining the ground crimson. Anthony had always shown her kindness. Despite her animosity toward the Morris family, she couldn't stand by and watch him die.

However, the more Margot pleaded for Anthony, the angrier Curtis became.
