“I will make him lay dearly if he is behind this,” I said to myself as I angrily left the casino and walked directly to the car.

“Any update from search?” I asked as I tilted my head to look at Diego, who shook his head slowly before he talked.

“The search stopped a moment ago. I told you that she was out of this town and if at all she is still in this town, then whoever took her is very perfect at what he does.” He replaced me, and I felt angry by his words immediately.

“Who asked you to stop the search?” I asked harshly, and he lowered his head slowly as he dared not look into my face. I heaved a sigh, clearing my throat before I talked.

“Call them and let them continue with the search until she is found, no one sleeps, eats, or does anything. Every one of you should keep searching for her.” I said in a definite tone, and he bowed his head, understanding the kind of state that I was. He took out his phone and dialed their contact.
