Stanley was in my mind every waking moment, I had only known her for two weeks, but an invisible force drew me to her. She was my strength and my weakness at the same time. She was close, but still far away. I knew she was right for me, but we still couldn’t be together. Not before she finds out the truth about herself, and realizes that I am her partner.

Whenever she looked me in the eye, I was afraid I might lose control. She is my friend, and I do not accept well when someone challenges my authority. She even seems pleased when she confronts me. I don't want to argue with her, but for now I have to keep a secret. I'm sure everything will get better if it moves. It would be easier to explain everything.

After our quarrel, I stayed away from her. It was getting harder to restrain my wolf when she was close. I still wanted to see her, at lunch I would steal a few glances to look at her beautiful face.
