__ROSE'S POV____

He looks extremely disoriented, like he was torn between believing if it's true or if Jessica was lying. I know how hard it must be to hear that your mom has a  hand in trying to kill your wife even if she's not your real wife.

I know he's trying to process it, and he hasn't really processed it completely. "I'm sorry," he said. This is the first time he looked like he'd be extremely remorseful about something he has done even though he didn't do anything. I'm not still entirely convinced that he doesn't have anything to do with this yet, but I'm going to give him the benefit of doubt.
