___ROSE'S POV____
I've been up for a while now. I just laid on my bed thinking of how today could go. It's either of two ways. It can go good if they agree to do it for us willingly or bad if they decide they couldn't care less about Nate's threats and not go through with it. I hope it's the positive part.
As soon as I saw that it's almost 7am, I stood up, freshened up and wore my outfit for the day. I forewent my usual morning run/mini workout. I'm sure Bessie will understand. At 7am sharp, I knocked on the doors of my siblings. Some of them are already awake, the others, drowsy with sleep. ___ROSE'S POV___When I looked around, I couldn't find who had said my name. No one was looking in my direction or even waving to let me know that they were the ones who called me. I shrugged and assumed that someone with my name must have been called. Only God knows how many people named Rose are in this restaurant given how busy it is.I placed my order and I was given a meal ticket that will enable me to collect my food after it's been prepared and brought to the server. ___ROSE'S POV___My shout causes Nate to look forward and we see a car coming straight for us. During our argument, he must have derailed from the lane we were supposed to be on the road. He quickly swerved, narrowly missing hitting the car and that could have resulted in an accident that could have been fatal since the car coming from us was one that was large too.We were both breathing heavily when it was over. Since it isn't good to drive with anxiety, he parked the car by the side of the road alongside a stretch of trees. My siblings must have either noticed we parked or they saw the near accident because they stopped and reversed to come and meet us where we were parked.They got out and we did too. ___ROSE'S POV____The "No!" came out a bit higher than I intended and the kids all looked up and faced me. I smile at them."It's fine. I was just a little loud. Sorry". ___ROSE'S POV___The boys shook their heads. She must have been very good at hiding her depression as well as her anger towards me even from the people she lives with. __ROSE'S POV___For the next two days, things were going smoothly both at home and in the hospital. No one was fighting anyone, except I and Nate whom I'm still not talking with. He's come to me twice more to ask me if I've reconsidered but I didn't reply him and always found a way to exit the conversation before he even starts sometimes.
