As the males take care of the diplomat side of being in this Pride I am surprised to come across a Pride Elder that mastered in healing and sorcery. Magick in any species was frowned upon for a very long time especially after witches were exposed and the humans conducted the Witch hunts and trials, which didn’t always involve just Witches a few other supernatural species and even innocent humans lost their lives.
Elder Chi was showing me one of her ancestor's spells for tracking and dream-walking, making it so that I didn’t need to keep making the dream potion, though it did give me an excuse to see my grandmother and our coven and them the excuse to see and corrupt Brandyn & Georgina every few months or so.

More days pass and Graves keeps a precise record of how many lashes he has given Elizabeth because he knows that as soon as he hits that 990 mark he has only 10 lashes left and then she is his.The last 10 lashes by Beatrice’s orders had to be done with the whip dipped in their Deaths Door serum.
