Tanner’s POV
If not because I was handcuffed, I was going to kill him and myself. He is even advising me.
“You and Morgan were the reason that got me in this mess in the first place,” I said to him.
Stanley’s POV
Both of them have been in there now for 10 minutes. In as much as I appreciate their catching up. My concern is with the present.
“Emma, remember that time is key in rescue mission. Tell agent Tom to be faster.”
Emma’s POV
I know and understand what Stanley was worried about. Thankfully I gave agent Tom a device for communication.
“Remember that time is fast going,” I said to him. His ear twitched in acknowledgement of what I have said.
Agent Tom’s POV
I understand Emma’s point, but I have to tread carefully; if I want to obtain the information.
Vin’s POV
We have tried to use the phone we found on him to track Smith. Unfortunately, it is a burner phone.

Emma’s POV Agent Tom persuaded Tanner to give us the address of the place where they have been held hostage. He gave us the address. It was an abandoned warehouse at the outskirts of Winster county. “Kate and Stanley you guys should stay back and wait for us,” I instructed. Kayla’s POV I vividly recalled that this case was one of the reasons Emma was demoted some time ago and sent back to Winster county PD as a punishment.
