Chapter Nine

They were just fine when he left them. Why was Jared trying to kill her all of a sudden

“Jared! What are you doing?” He screamed

Jared looked at him and his eyes were blood red. He looked like at him. Xavier’s eyes glowed and his fangs came out. Xavier grabbed him by the collar and threw him to the other side of the study. He landed on the floor and got up

“What the hell is wrong with you?” Xavier screamed at him

“Everything, because that is not him. Whoever nailed Alice to this wall left something behind. She couldn’t finish the work and so left a little helper to finish it up. That is what is in Jared and we need to get Alice far from him. He wouldn’t come back to his senses until she is dead” Laura said

“What do you mean?” Xavier asked

“Alice is blue already. She needs all the air she can get. Take her and go far from Jared’s reach” she said

“And what would happen to you?” Xavier asked

“I would try to get whatever is in him out of him and perform a cleansing spell” she said
