Tina Duncan looked at herself in the mirror. She certainly was feeling her age. She had been running around playing hide and seek with her granddaughters. The one tried killing her, the other completely confused about why she in a way abandoned her.

She looked at the folder she had received from her lawyer. Reaching for her cell phone she made an appointment. Once finished she took the folder heading for the meeting.

Jazz looked puzzled waiting in the study.

“Good morning Jazz,” Tina Duncan closed and locked the study door. She moved to sit behind the desk that had taken up most of her life as head of the Duncan family.

“Hello grandmother.”

Jazz sense immediately this meeting was official. She went and sit across from the desk, the same place she had been using since her arrival here years ago.

“I am aware we are not on good footing. It had taken me a time to settle my affairs. As you can realize I had to hasten certain aspects because of Eva’s antics.” Tina said formally.
