The tears I tried hard to fight back rolled down my cheeks with ease, I had broken my oath of not crying and instantly regretted my actions seeing the look of pity on his face.

He tried to touch me in a bid to soothe me or whatever, but I sneered at him, and he held his peace, he didn't say a word and I understood this, no one would dare say a word seeing how badly hurt I was.

“I was used to being alone and rejected before you came into my life and made me alive once again, but you abruptly left me no choice than to leave and prefer to be alone rather than stay with you!” I screamed at him.

I wanted to scream more, louder and yell at him, I wanted to wipe that stupid look of fake pity away from his tempting face. I felt a bit relieved, pouring out the contents of my heavy heart.
