Logan I sighed deeply as I submerged myself into the bath water some more. The bathtub was huge! My feet didn't even touch the other side and I was fully laid down in it. I stared up at the white checkered ceiling thinking about the kiss. It felt... amazing! I didn't know something like that could happen. I've read about it, sure, but I didn't think it would ever happen to me. I mean, come on! I'm a Death Demon, the last of my kind, and no one takes a second look at me. Well, Xander did, but for different reasons. Remember Logan, this is just a job. Nothing more. I'm sure Xander has other women he's more interested in someone like me. I turned my head and glared at my reflection in the full length mirror. I couldn't believe I was here and that I agreed to something like this. I watched myself in the mirror, and hated what I saw. Worthless... thats the word that came to mind. I groaned and decided to appericate the bathroom instead. It was beauiful in here for sure. The shower was se
XanderI dragged my hands down my face in total frustration. I wasn't able to get anywhere with Rosa. I know that Logan would be nice and hold her ground as she told me, but Rosa is the main problem here. She's run so many other people out of here that this castle is nearly empty because of her. Hungry demons don't get along with other demons for various reasons, but the main one is... hungry demons don't care if you're human or eat, they will eat you. Rosa is the worst too, she'll take small pieces at first, just a little bit here and there, but before you know it, you're arm's gone or your legs missing. Footsteps hurried into the room. Delia, one of my personal maids, hurried in. Her dark brown eyes were dilated and her long black hair looked like she just got out of bed. A look of terror on her face told me something was going on. She didn't have to say anything. Rosa and I quickly followed her down the hall. Yelling from inside told me that it was Logan and... Nicole? What the fu
Logan I gasped as my body hit the ground. I was pretty sure my eyes were open, but it was complete darkness. I couldn't even make out anything, no shapes, and there weren't any sounds either. The silence was worse than the darkness almost. I wasn't scared of the dark, but I was scared of what was in the dark. I knew people lurked in all sorts of places, waiting for their prey. I slowly got to my feet and shuffled around, hoping to maybe find a wall or something to tell me that I was at least somewhere safe. I started to walk forward, holding out my hands in front of me just in case I came in contact with someone. After a few minutes of listening to my own footsteps, a thought occurred to me. I groaned, and used my hand to ignite a small fireball that lit up just a few feet around me. I blinked a few times, letting myself get used to the light versus the darkness. There was literally nothing around me, just... emptiness. I moved around some, hoping to see anything, but still nothing.
Xander What was taking so long? It never lasts this long when some goes through the transition. I wonder if Logan was having a hard time. I remeber the look she gave me when I had kissed her. She was disgusted with me... I should have explained the process futher when I mentioned the transition. I just didn't think she would have transitioned so quickly. I didn't even think she was near the transition, you could usually smell it. Dr. Anderson thinks it has something to do with the experiments she's been through. It would explain a lot, but then for her to be from the very first family of Death Demon's means a lot. Her blood is strong and she'll bring me well-bred children, but her mind could be alterned from the being in the human realm and from the society of humans. They think completely different from demon kind and they make it hard to co-exist because they are stuck in their humanity ways. Rosa appeared next to me, "Sir, the Elders have requested a meeting with you tomorrow at
LoganI groan as I feel myself slowly start to wake up. My head is pounding and my body feels like it's on fire. I could feel his hands, like they were still on me. Everything inside me screams that something is different, I feel like myself, but not quite. It takes a moment, but eventually I can focus enough to realize that I'm in a complete different room. Panic starts to set in as I try to remember how I got here, but my mind is foggy and nothing comes to me.I try to sit up, but my muscles feel sluggish and weak. It's like I'm moving through molasses. It takes all of my willpower just to get to a sitting position, but once I do, I'm able to look around and get my bearings. The room is dark and dreary, with heavy curtains blocking out all the light. There's a large four-poster bed across the room, and a dresser against the wall. A fireplace burns merrily in the corner, but it doesn't do much to dispel the gloom. Despite the ominous ambiance, I can't help but feel like I've been her
XanderI carefully walked back to the room with a tray full of food. The Chef had prepared a yogurt parfait, oatmale, orange juice, and saltine crackers. I asked for the saltine crackers because I know my stomach felt horrible and couldn't hold anything down except for water and crackers. I placed the tray on the bedside table of the pull-out bed and quickly straightened the covers. What else should I do? I glanced at the bathroom door and realized it was open some. I blinked a few times in surprise, but slowly walked over. I couldn't help myself. I was curious for sure. She left the door open as well, which meant she wanted to be seen, right? I stopped myself, disgusted with myself. Where the hell did I get that type of mentality from? I shook my head and turned to go, but caught a glimpse of her. Her short black shorts made her already round ass so much more plump. And that t-shirt wasn't doing her any favors at all. Her breast weren't being held down by a bar so her nipples were
Logan I blinked a few times as I heard whispering voices. The orange light streaming in from the windows told me it was morning. I yawned as I sat up, my body echoing with pains and aches. Xander was leaning against the far wall by the door that goes out on the balcony. Another man was standing there, speaking with him. He looked vaguely familiar as I stared at him. With black shaggy hair, sharp green eyes, and a straight jawline, the resemblance to Xander was there. Was this another brother? "...Elder's asked for an audience. I can't tell them no." The man said, clearly over this already, "I can smell your... bond already. They can't deny this. If they do, it leaves them open for others to contest their positions. No one wants that." Xander groans, pinching the bridge of his nose, "Rosa is gone. I'm unsure of how they are getting their information, but they are getting it." "You have to understand that it doesn't matter how, they will get their info." Xander scoffed, "Rosa was
LoganIt’s been a week since the whole incident with Clare. I’m unsure of what exactly that was all about, but it made everything a lot easier since I’ve told Xander about my idea. He’s been happier. Maybe it was because of my idea or maybe because of his new advisor, his brother, Alex. From the sounds of it, they don’t spend a lot of time together and since it was approved by the Elders, now they are inseparable. It’s nice though, to see Xander smile. He’s been intense and almost frustrated with everything until recently.I groaned as I looked at the stack of books on my desk. Xander has given me books about my heritage and my own kind, but also books on being a queen. I was having trouble understanding the aspects of what a Queen truly represents. There’s no way though, I’m able to walk into a room with grace and elegance and demand everyone’s attention. I’m going to need more training on how to be graceful and fearful at the same time, because you can only learn so much from a book

Xander Bridget was a fragile old lady with white-ish gray hair always up in a tight, with crinkly dull blue eyes, and a small mole on the left side of her lips. She was calm as she pricked Logan's finger, letting the drop of blood hit the Moon water in the holy chalice. Usually, young demons will be brought to the DMA grounds and will be taken into the center room the Elders use for communication with other royalty or purebloods. Bridget or Samantha will prick the young one's finger, letting the blood drop into the chalice and after a few seconds, a puff of colored smoke with puff out of the water. Red means hunger demon, blue means fear demon, green means greed demon, yellow means lower-level demons such as luck, hate, and all that good stuff. Only the top-notch demons have their own colors. Orange is for the middle level demons that answer the incantation of those who sell their souls for something in return. It depends on the demons blood, how high quality it is. Mine was a black
