Roberick stormed through the dimly lit corridors of the castle, his steps echoing with determination. He had just learned that Cynthia had entered the prohibited jungle, and a burning rage surged within him. He found Sylvian in one of the castle's dimly lit chambers, seemingly engrossed in studying ancient texts.

Without a word, Roberick grabbed Sylvian by the collar of his robe and pinned him forcefully against the cold stone wall. Sylvian gasped in surprise, his books scattering to the ground.

"Why did you let her go into that damned jungle, Sylvian?" Roberick's voice seethed with anger, his piercing blue eyes locked onto Sylvian's.

Sylvian struggled to catch his breath, fear and surprise etched across his face. "My Lord, I... I didn't know she would—"

Roberick's grip tightened, cutting Sylvian off mid-sentence. "You didn't know? You expect me to believe that, Sylvian? You are her guardian! You are supposed to protect her with your life!"
