Chapter ninety

We sat there for hours watching Jaden with keen eyes fighting for his life.

It was real! My baby was in danger and all I could do was to just sit and watch him closely, letting the tears drop freely from my eyes.

I begged him to wake up and play all the pranks on me except this but he didn’t budge. I begged him that he could paint all day and he still didn’t budge or even blinked his eyes.

I held on to his hands tightly as my life depended on it.

The thoughts of everything we had to go through together hit me real hard as I cried profusely.

“I’m sorry baby, I should have told you your father was right here in this kingdom when you asked.” I muttered in between sobs as I spoke out hoping he could atleast hear me.

“I should have allowed you stay up when you wanted to and allowed you play all kinds of games you want to.” I thought of everything I could use to persuade him to open his eyes as my heart was bleeding right in his hand.
