“What do you mean we haven’t gotten a report from them yet?” I couldn’t yell it out and muttered those words the best I could as I stood right there with Kade in my fathers office.

It was going to be mine very soon and I know I wasn’t alpha yet but it was our best shot at being secretive.

“The report on training our mental focus was the last report I got and till nothing else.” He sounded as serious as he looked, staring back at me, trying his best to remain hopeful.

I didn’t know what their plans were but I knew for sure that it was a lot of mess there and it was never looking so good there. I lied to all of them, I didn’t get personal reports on how each alpha’s were doing as apparently Molly’s both parents were there.

I know it was quite hard to leave a mate behind but taking a mate along to a field of possible no return? That was something I’ll want to believe should be questioned but who am I kidding? It’s their decision and it shouldn’t matter to m
