Hundred and twenty- three

My mother poked her head inside my room, then the rest of her body followed. Her hair was tied up in a messy bun and her face looked tired and spent. I frowned at her appearance, but forgot about it when she flashed me a bright, genuine smile. I sent for somebody to call her over to my room earlier, to tell her goodbye, before I leave. It was only fair, especially after being claimed by the triplets a day prior to this meeting. The guilt was eating me up inside, yet I didn’t care too much about it. It was all confusing.

At least, if I leave now, it would help to relieve the tension and guilt I was feeling. If I can’t be honest about something else, she at least deserves a goodbye from me.

“Hello sweetie, I hope you rested up well,” my mother smiled, some little wrinkles spreading across her face. She was getting old now, but I didn’t miss how well she looked. She was really getting taken care of.

“I’m alright, mum. I did rest up well, though I’m worried that you didn’t have enough,”

i need to rewrite this. please do not let them die. let her find the warlock and in some way help them. i feel that she is his granddaughter but he does not know it. i know she needs to save them.
