"Mr. Carlson?" Evander tentatively called Cedric.

"Take me back to the Carlsons." Cedric struggled to get up from the couch. His feet staggered, but his gaze looked lonely and furious.

"Yes, sir." Evander dared not say anything more and opened the door for him.
