Car Romance

Peach sits there confused, looking at me with those eyes that always seems to pull me in. Her cheeks are flush and her hair is slightly tousled.

“I want you to sit on my lap.” I say in a low tone.

She glances around as if I have to remind her that the windows are heavily tinted and the one in front is a privacy glass. My car is also sound proof.

“Right now?” she asks, a bit reluctant.

“Trust me.”

She sighs and starts to lean toward me, her body brushing against mine. I reach for her, my hands finding her waist. She hesitates for just a second, her eyes meeting mine like she’s asking for permission or maybe reassurance. I give her a small nod, and that’s all it takes. She moves, her legs swinging over mine as she climbs onto my lap, the leather seat creaking beneath us.

She settles there, her knees resting on either side of my hips. Her weight light is but grounding, like she’s exactly where she’s meant to be. Her hands finds my shoulders for balance, and her brea
