Chapter 484 A Conversation

Nathaniel's remark made Yuna realize how smart her kids were. If she had a fallout with Yvan, they would notice.

And they would be stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Thinking it could spell trouble, Yuna went to Yvan when her kids were asleep.

Yvan was surprised by Yuna's arrival. He put his work on pause. "What's the matter?"

Yuna took a seat. "Can we talk about Nathaniel and Natalie?"

Yvan nodded. He was all ears.

Yuna explained what she was thinking.

And in her conclusion, she added a suggestion. "To avoid putting them in the spot, we should act like nothing ever happened between us. No negative emotion whatsoever. Can you do that?"

Yvan couldn't agree more. But something didn't add up.

"Did we ever have a fallout?" Yvan asked, frowning.

Yuna squinted, visibly amused by Yvan's question. "But we are never on good terms, Mr. Jenkins."

The air in the room became tense.

Yvan sighed. His annoyance appeared briefly. "So what do you want me to do?"
