Edward lit his cigarette. Things have been a rollercoaster and Nick advises them to scatter and lay low for a while. Edward and his brother went back to Manila since they were the ones who took over it years ago, however, since Giovanni just jumped off the building, Edward cannot just lay low as Nick asked them to. He is itching to kill whoever or whatever made their leader jumped.

He went out for a bit to cool his head and left Louis at their house in Manila. A drunk scum tainted his way, wobbling around and even touched his suit. He is in a foul mood and has no time to play, despite Nick's advice of laying low, he just wants to do something that would quelch his bloodthirsty. 

Edward pulled the trigger of his gun, the shot was a bullseye. He smirked then put his gun back to the holder, thankful that he brought the one with a silencer. He leaned his head on the side and pursed his lips. He is in no mode for a smoke. He threw his cigarette on the scum's dead body, he heard a gasp and step, someone must have had seen him killed. He sharpened his eyes and walked slowly out of the alley as he removes the button in the sleeves of his suit and rolled it up.

As he walks outside the alley, he was rather surprised to see a woman, probably in her twenties outside covering her mouth like an idiot. He looked at her sharply then sighed. He does not want to put a bullet in her beautiful head. He walked at least two steps when all of a sudden, the woman just lost her consciousness. 

"Fuck," Edward muttered and groaned. He obviously cannot just leave her and wander. She might report what happened here in the cops, and considering that police forces and their reinforcements have been on their tail since last night taking their chance since Giovanni died, he really cannot leave her. 

Edward reached for his phone and dialed Louis's number, it had only rung once and Louis answered it immediately. Edward closed his eyes and bit his lower lip. He does not know how things ended this way. 

"Yes?"  Louis answered after picking up his brother's call. 

"I need a car. Asap," Edward said then hang up the phone. He looked at the woman in front of him and examined her from head to toe. She is not bad at all, he took a step closer and crouch to remove the hair covering her face. She does look scared, there was a hint of a tear in her eyes. 

Edward noticed Hailey's long eyelashes as well as the shape of her eyes. They did look pretty despite the frightened look she was giving him earlier. He looked at her face when his age went down to her lips, Edward just stared at it. Hailey's lips are peachy and alluring with a touch of slenderness. His gaze went lower down to her neck, Edward just smirked then stood up while looking at Hailey's unconscious body. The car that Edward asked for arrived shortly, one of their hirelings opened the door for Edward, but he has different plans. 

"Get lost," Edward said right at the hireling's face. The hireling's eyes widened and even left his mouth opened because of confusion. 

"Sir?" He asked. Edward looked at him coldly before saying anything.

"Are you dumb? Get lost, I said," Edward said then turned his back. He walked towards Hailey's body lying on the ground and carried her. He would not want something inside a car together, but he guesses that Hailey is an exception. Until it is clear that she will not report anything to the cops, Edward has no means to let go of her. 

When Louis opened the door, he was stunned to see his brother carrying some girl in his arms. He was wearing a question mark on his face asking his brother why does he have a woman with him, but Edward straight-up walked inside. Louis followed him until they reached the receiving area and Edward carefully lay Hailey's unconscious body on the couch and exhaled deeply. 

Edward held Hailey's wrists caressing them with his lips pursed. Louis is looking at him unbelievably, just when Nick asked them to lay low he kidnapped this woman. 

"Edward, what are you doing?" Edward looked at Louis and smiled at him sweetly. 

"She saw me killed someone, cannot just let her go," Edward answered casually as if the cops are not after their tails. Louis sighed out of disbelief, his brother did not just kidnap but also killed. Edward turned his back and walks towards the door. 

"Where are you going now?" Louis asked furiously. His brother just does what he wants, if the cop gets a hold of him Nick would lash out and Dominic would probably kill him thinking that he just betrayed Giovanni. 

"Somewhere. Watch her for me, will you?" Nick just stared at his brother's back. He closed his eyes and looked at the woman that his brother brought inside their house, at the slightest, the woman seems to have captured his brother's attention. 

Louis does not have any choice, he does not really disobey his brother's orders. He went inside a vacant room, he would not want that woman to just lay in their receiving area. He opened the curtain that covers the view inside the room. He grabbed the bag of money that Liam gave them, he made sure that it will last for a month. They do not know how long they need to stay off the police's radar. He put it under the kingsize bed, there is no way that a woman like her would look under a bed. 

Louis head out of the room and dragged Hailey's body. He lay Hailey down on the bed then left, she does not look like she would wake up anytime soon. He closed his eyes and caressed his temple, he needs to persuade his brother to tell Nick about what happened tonight, but that would be hard, his brother does not really listen to him. 

He pulled the chair and sat down. He needs to think of ways that would make his brother talk with Nick. Louis does not want another wave of problems.
