The bet

"Is something the matter" Bianca asked innocently, the pen in her dangling hand still on the air. 

She stood straight as she was previously bending over a table to write down her name, facing Sophia.  

❥︎ Oh my Gosh. Did you just see that!!!

❥︎ She has some nerves. She has the guts to face our leader like that...

❥︎ She's a newbie so she probably doesn't know who Sophia is...If not why would she go close to her like that

❥︎ We are not even worthy of auditioning for the role. Sophia would probably get it. Who does that newbie think she is...

People gossiped behind them..

"I'm the boss around here so I decide who can put their name down and who... " She clicked her tongue. "is not worthy of even being here in the first place". 

"You can be the president's daughter but your stand here does not matter Miss Queen. I have my own rights to participate in the audition". 

Sophia frowned at the rebel. 

How dare she talk back at her. 

She couldn't help but get Davi's chilling vibes from her 

But nevertheless she scoffed...

"Watch me". She handed the clip board to John. 

"You!!! Submit this information to the judges immediately". 

Bianca reflexes kicked in and she grabbed Sophia's hand which held the clipboard, startling everyone including Sophia. 

"How dare you touch me with your filthy hands". Sophia yelled angrily and carelessly flung her other arm out, to slap her but Bianca held it. 

They looked like they were locked in a hand to hand combat except that Bianca was holding Sophia's wrists so tight everyone knew it would leave a mark. 

"Ahhhh" Sophia pretended to scream in pain. 

The judges and other people, even Alex heard it and all ran to the back stage. 

"What's going on here" Tan shouted in Her hoarse rude voice which chilled everyone causing the two girls to move from each other and bow respectfully to the judges to show their apologies. 

"I asked what happened here!!!" Tan shouts and the three judges all glared at everyone. 

"It was the newbie over there" An actress with pretty blond hair said pointing at Bianca. "She was bullying Sophia". 

Almost everyone agreed with her by nodding furiously. 

Sophia hid a smirk

The other two judges were ready to reprimand Bianca but Tan who was the eldest, the only female and the most experienced spoke first, shutting others up. 

"Was that what happened Miss..."

Bianca bowed and maintained an innocent look which softened Tan's heart a bit because Bianca was very beautiful and had innocent, serene features. 

"It's Valean Bianca....I only wanted to sign up for the audition but" She began to sob, shocking the others including Sophia.

Was this not the same girl who wanted to break her arm?!

"But..but she wouldn't let me. She said I was an amateur. She called me stupid names"

Tan turned to glare at Sophia

"Is this true"

Sophia was so speechless by Bianca's change in behavior that her mouth was left open like a startled goldfish. 

"Well..." Tan looked around at the others who looked down, not daring to look up at her...

"It seems like today's audition would be cancelled.."

Everyone was petrified but no one said a word..

"Rather..we would start off tomorrow and" She glared at Sophia who looked down. "Anyone who is interested can participate in this audition...am I understood?" 

"Yes Miss" 

Everyone but Sophia replied. 

Sophia who was staring down at the floor raised her head. 

She was startled as her eyes met with Tan's fierce , hot scorching, eyes. 

"Y..yes Miss" Sophia replied

She refrained from rolling her eyes because Tan was someone, at the snap of her fingers, who would send her away from Fame enterprise forever. 

Tan left along with her co-judges ...

The director glared at Sophia for her carelessness and simply left ....

As other actress made to disperse, Sophia , eyes brimming in angry tears, pointed at Bianca. 

Everyone turned in shock..

Alex ran to the scene and stood next to Sophia ready to stop her but seeing as Bianca stood facing her with an expressionless face, he was left speechless...

Normally, people feared Sophia..they were all so scared of her they did nothing but try to get into her good books. 

This was the first time, he was seeing a co-actor stare her in her eyes so fearlessly..

"Valean Bianca... you've shamed me enough" Sophia exclaimed putting her finger down and stomping her feet on the ground..

"Me? " Bianca asked innocently when she noticed Alex was looking at her..

"Let's make a bet...." Sophia offered 

"Okay" Bianca agreed shocking everyone once more...

A paparazzi who happened to sneak in when he heard the judges were coming over made to leave 

He just came in when he heard Tan had adjourned the audition to tomorrow

But hearing what was about to ensue between these two women, he pulled out his camera and filmed them live. 

Sophia who wasn't ready for Bianca to answer so quickly was speechless for a while before she cleared her throat..

"If I get the role of Madi in 'Light in the day', you'll leave Fame enterprise and never think of acting.. ever!!!"

Everyone gasped but Bianca didn't even blink 

"Sophia.. don't you think that's too..."

"No.. Alex..If she's so scared of loosing, she should just say so" 

Everyone looked at Bianca anticipating her answer ...

"Okay" Bianca agreed rendering everyone speechless again especially the couple before her 

"But....." Bianca continued. "If I win...." She faced Her squarely "You'll nullify your engagement with Alex" 

It was like the god of silence passed in that room...

Everyone looked at Bianca and back at Sophia who froze with her lips parted....

What sort of bet was that?

"It's okay...you can turn down the bet..if you're afraid a newbie will beat you" Biana sneered. 

Alex was the most surprised

He looked at Bianca like he couldn't believe she was the one saying this only to be shocked when Sophia puffed her cheeks and said...

"Fine then. It's a deal"

With that, she starts leaving the scene. 

Alex looked at Soa and she stared back at him with her big innocent eyes. He blinked. 

Turning around He ran after Sophia. 

Soa packed her things to leave, ignoring the things people were saying behind her back...

❥︎ She's acting all innocent but she's actually a shameless devil...what type of human tells someone to nullify her three year old engagement.. she's just jealous..

Bianca just smiled sinisterly and hummed in her mind
