Stupid people

"I'm so terribly sorry!!!" Bianca still said when Alex turned to look at her, maintaining an innocent face Infront of him but turning to glare at Sophia with an evil look when Alex looked away. 

Alex sighed using his small towel to wipe the coffee off his fiancee's arm. 

"It's alright" He calmly said but Sophia wouldn't hear any of it. 

"It's not okay" She yelled pushing Alex's arm off her body and going to stand Infront of Bianca stepping on her documents. 

"Do you know how much this dress is worth? Mm? And you dare ruin it....who do you think you are...you shameless..."

"Sophia. That's enough" Alex said holding her. 

Bianca rolled Her eyes inwardly. 

She couldn't believe she used to be best friends with a drama queen like her...

"I'll send In a wardrobe to your dressing room..you can pick anything you want. Just don't cause trouble...you have an audition today"

On hearing the word, audition, an eyebrow rose on Bianca's face.

"Audition?" She asked timidly, ignoring Sophia. "For what". 

Alex made to answer Her but Sophia interrupts rudely. 

"Even if it was explained a couple more times you wouldn't understand...." Sophia looked down and read some contents of Her documents on the floor before looking up to smirk at Her. 

"You're....not even an official actor.... you're an amateur...so when professional celebrities like us go in there and audition for the female lead in 'Light in the day'... just stay in the shadows and watch us perform". 

Then she cat walked out of the scene back to the Fame enterprise building. 

"What did she mean by that...I thought Light in the day was cancelled because the Female lead died" She quickly asked Alex seeing that he was about to leave. 

"Yes...but they've decided to shoot the season 2 of the movie anyway and they're getting the replacement of the female lead today"

Bianca paused and suddenly an evil smirk curled on her lips as Alex bent down to pick her documents. 

"Is that so"

"Yes... it's going to be hard to find a replacement for her in such a short while. You have to know the 'Light in the day song' because only Davi knew it...you have to have her high Soprano voice...which is rare considering you can't find an actor who's good at singing...."

"That's a lot....um....thank you" She said as he handed her her documents...

"You're welcome" Then he squeezed his face questionably. 

"I haven't seen you before...are you new here"

"Yees I am. I'm Valean Bianca" They shook hands professionally and Ji-hun frowned a bit when he held her hand and felt a disformed knuckle which Davi had in her finger ..

Though nobody knew of it..he did because he knew everything about her down to the three straight lined moles at Davi's back. 

 Soa quickly retracted her hand. "I..just moved from China and I decided to pursue my dream as an actress...."

Alex said "... That's impressive....Sorry about my Fiancee by the way...and goodluck...". 

He leaves immediately and Bianca couldn't help but smile...

One of the reasons she fell in love with him was that naturally, Alex was just too nice to people....

Are you poor, rich, deformed, he'll still be nice to you

Some might call him gullible..

So it was a good thing when they started dating because he cared for her like a fragile glassware...

So many people were jealous of their relationship..

Even Sophia..

She couldn't fully blame him for dating her ex best friend because she knew what had happened between them when she was dead....

But she had no time to waste....

Forget the interview...

She was going for the audition.....

With a confident smile, she made her way inside the building.....

Sophia was in her dressing room..

In fame enterprise, dressing rooms were exclusively owned by top actors in the vicinity...

Selena Davi had one which was the best dressing room in the whole of korea and it was out of bounds till they found a replacement for her who would own the dressing room ....

Sophia had changed into a more expensive and shorter gown and right now two make up artists were fixing her make up when Alex walked in making the girls to loose focus...

They were drooling over him already..

Who wouldn't???

He was hot 

He was everything a woman would want in a man....

When Sophia noticed this, she sent them out with a curt voice. 

As the door shut behind them , she turned to Alex who was seated on a sofa in the room, on his phone. 

"I was assaulted by that bitch and all you could do was stay back and flirt with her ..did you even care to come after me when i walked away". 

"Sophia don't say nonsense...I can't flirt with anyone that's not you"

"I'm saying nonsense? i'm about to go for the audition...my fiancee is meant to be by my side at all times". 

"But jia i'm here for you...she just wanted to know more about the audition". Alex's voice softened seeing as their argument would only get worse if he kept his voice up...

Sophia scoffed and turned back to the mirror to apply more make-up...

"They're about 80 professional actresses out there today ready to give their all... we've been trained in the art of this profession for years and she thinks she can just come in and get the role" 

She scoffed again with a laugh

"I don't know if she's going to participate in the audition but what does it matter if she's an amateur....she might get the role"

Sophia pretends to sob...

"Alex ...are you saying this to me...do you not want me to get the role... Selena Davi was my best friend....i know wherever she is.. she'd want me to finish off where she had started.....now..i miss her so much...i wish she was here ..." 

She buried her face in her palm and smiled secretly when she felt Alex's arm around her. 

"Don't say that...of course you'll get the role..." he cooed. 

It was some minutes before the audition...

The judges had arrived and we're seated down in front of the stage along with the director and script writer of 'light in the day'. 

The judges were Tan, Tae and Tooshi. 

They were known world wide as the strictest, no-nonsense judges that have ever lived. 

Any actress who saw them would loose confidence because of their stony faces...

And these judges were fans of Davi..

That was why they had willingly agreed to judge the audition today, flying all the way from Korea in their private jet....

The stage was being set up and behind the judges, other chairs were set up for people like Alex who would come to watch the auditioners perform 

John, a clumsy worker in the fame enterprise with glasses held the clip board bearing the names of the people who would be auditioning today and he was back stage scribbling down names of actresses who had yet to put down their names. 

There were so many actresses...

Bianca thought, as she saw all of them back stage dressing up prettily for the contest...

The main actresses were in their dressing rooms ...

Bianca recognized so many of them and watched them feeling happy about replacing her.....

She scoffed....

As she made her way to John to put down her name, all eyes turned to her...

Not only were they surprised to see a newbie..

They were envious of her radiant, pulchritudinous beauty which made it look like she was the 'light on the day'...

Binace heard them all and only scoffed.

She was clearly not wearing any make up

These women were just stupid set of people..

She swiped the clip board from John who gave it to her, trembling under her hot gaze. 

But as she made to write it, someone swipes the board from her grip and when she looked up, she saw Sophia glaring at her with a smirk. ...
