Chapter 782 No Hatred At All

Dorothy was shocked by Joyce's appearance. She said softly, "Didn't I tell you not to come?"

Smiling, Joyce said softly, "After all, this is Jean's mother-in-law. It'd be rude of me not to come."

After saying that, Joyce held Dorothy's hand and said, "Let's get going. From the looks of it, I don't think Jean wants us here."

Timothy glowered at Joyce. With hints of dissatisfaction in his low-pitched tone, he asked, "Why did you come when you know you're not welcome here?"

Joyce pursed her lips without saying much. With a polite smile, she shadowed Timothy and Dorothy and left with them.

Joyce stopped in her tracks when she reached the door. She looked toward where Jean was and gave a smile.

Her smile had a deeper meaning to it. It seemed friendly, but Jean felt threatened by it.
