Chapter 226 Getting Down to Beg

Now that Judy had made a move, the tables were turned.

Jean read the news with a frown.

When Tyler saw her somber expression, he went to her and said softly, "You're already done with the filming. You can stay home and wait until the storm passes."

Jean sighed. She hadn't expected Judy to handle things this way.

The issue between her and Joyce was only going to worsen.

Nodding, Jean said, "It seems like that's the only thing I can do."

She handed the bowl to the maid standing next to her.

Tyler saw that it was almost time for him to go to work. He looked at her longingly. "Why don't you come to the company with me?"

Jean refused at once. "I'd rather stay here and catch up on sleep."

Tyler considered the fact that she hadn't slept well last night and nodded. "Alright. Stay put and wait for your husband to come back."

It sounded so natural when he said the word "husband". Jean sighed and said, "I haven't agreed to marry you again, Tyler. Don't flatter yourself."
