Chapter 204 I'll Never Forgive You

"There's no one else here at the moment, Ms. Michaels. You're welcome to come by."

Tyler had been in a sour mood the whole day. Chris thought that if Jean came to visit, his spirits would surely be lifted.

Chris also thought that maybe he could use this chance to take a break.

"Alright. I'm bringing dinner, so you don't need to buy any," Jean said, then hung up the call.

It took her about ten minutes to reach the hospital and a couple more to reach Tyler's ward. Outside the door, Jean took a deep breath before knocking and entering.

Tyler was pondering through some documents while he laid in bed. Said documents were quickly tucked away by Chris when he saw that Jean had arrived. "Ms. Michaels is here, Mr. Larson. I'll take my leave for now."

Tyler was pleasantly surprised to see her here, his eyes shining with uncontained joy. "What are you doing here?"

Jean set the casserole she had prepared on the table he used to eat from. "I want your clarification on some questions of mine.
