It was afternoon and the housekeepers of the Tepes Mansion were busy. A blonde, beautiful woman stood in the middle of a large hall, instructing all the housekeepers, who wore a white and black knee-length dress. Some of the housekeepers were cleaning the floor and some of the housekeepers were arranging alcohol in a bar counter. A few of them were cleaning the portraits on the wall.
"Mrs Brown, please go to that bar counter and help those new girls in arranging everything. Miss Poppy, that corner still looks dirty."
A long ancient refectory table in the middle of the middle was being arranged neatly by another set of housekeepers. All the chairs were lined around it properly. The housekeepers were now tying a ribbon on the back of the chairs.
"No wait, you shouldn't tie the ribbon
Cold air blew over a huge bat as it flew in the sky. The bat landed on a branch of a huge tree, behind a grey building of a school. The huge grey building of the Roseville High School stood in the middle surrounded by grass and metal fence. Several trees and large, sprawling shrubs filled the grass, behind the school. The bat looked at the classes it could see from its view. The bat could clearly watch many students, through the windows. The bat's eyes looked around for a while and finally found Emma sitting in a class on the third floor. Though she didn't sit very close to the window, she was still quite visible to the bat. It flew around the school's building and spotted an empty classroom which was just above the third floor. The bat flew inside the class through an open window and landed on the floor turning into a human form. The bell rang as he opened the door and walked outside th
Emma took her empty tray and walked out of the queue. She followed a boy who wore a black leather jacket on black jeans. The boy walked with his tray filled with almost every item of the canteen. He sat in the corner of the canteen. He kept his tray on the table and began to eat his chicken.Emma walked slowly and sat beside him. The boy immediately turned and looked at her surprised. Emma realized that he was shocked to see her again after he got rejected by Julia in front of her."Hey Ronald, I am Emma, Julia's friend.""Hey.""I would like to talk to you something about her.""What do you want to say?""Were you with Julia before
After lunch, Emma attended her regular classes but she could hardly focus on what was being taught. She thought Stephen was a nice person but after hearing the truth from Ronald, she was confused. She wondered why Stephen lied to her and tried to pin Julia's injury on a junior who wasn't even at the party. After school, Stephen insisted to drop her back at home. Though Emma did not want to comply with his request, she sat inside his car because she didn't want to get him upset. She remembered what the sheriff and the agent told her about him. They suspected him to be involved in the murder in some way. Throughout the journey to her home, both of them hardly spoke to each other.Nancy, who had gone to the hospital, came back home, after receiving a blood transfusion, a process where blood is added into the body through veins. According t
Mrs Smith immediately stopped the car while driving in the middle of the road. The man in the long coat smashed the window. She and Emma quickly ducked but several glass pieces fell over their hands. Some even pierced their skin. A large piece of glass fell between them. Hurt but determined to escape, Mrs Smith called out to her daughter, who was shaking in fear. She could see the fear on Emma's face. She wanted to calm down her daughter but now was not the time for it."Emma, we need to get out," said Mrs Smith."Mother, he probably wants me. You should run.""DON'T BE CRAZY."Mrs Smith quickly got out of the car and ran to the front."TAKE ME! NOT HER!"
Mr Alexandro removed an injection from his pocket and injected the needle in the back of the crow. Soon the crow closed its eyes. Mr Alexandro carefully held him in his hands."Hey, what are you doing to him?" asked Emma, shocked."Relax, he will only fall asleep. I am going to put him in my iron cage. He can give us information about what's happening here." said Mr Alexandro."An iron cage? Are you a hunter?" asked Mrs Smith."No, but I do work with some of them.""I was a hunter too. I and my husband used to trap vampires in those cages.""What made you leave that life?""I and m
The lights in Tepes Mansion was switched on but everything outside the mansion was completely dark. There were no street lights closer to the mansion that stood on top of a hill. A security guard in a blue jacket and trousers stood outside the gates moving around the white boundary wall that completely covered the mansion and the bushes that surrounded it. Occasionally a dog or a cat would pass the mansion gate. The guard would chase it away as soon as the animals come closer to the gate or boundary. Stephen stood watching everything from the window of his living room. His arms were folded and he looked unhappy. A few minutes later, Gregory opened the door and walked inside the room."My Lord, thank you for helping me today," said Gregory."Did you bury that girl?" asked Stephen."Yes,
"ENOUGH!!" said Mr Smith, so loudly that Mrs Smith quickly came running to the living room."What happened?" she asked her husband.Emma looked at her father shocked. She never expected him to react like this just after looking at a photograph. When Mr Alexandro sat down to tell about Phoenix, she didn't expect things to suddenly change this way. It turns out that her paternal grandmother was Phoenix, a vampire with supernatural powers different from the other vampires. Her father had no idea about this. It looked like he was kept in dark by his father."Look Agent, this whole thing is too difficult for me to handle. Helina, we should leave this town by tomorrow. I will sell off my hotels and resort. We will have enough money. We can go somewhere far-"
Gregory looked at himself in the mirror as he wore a black suit. He turned and looked around the room. It was a small, dirty room of a motel. Clothes were thrown here and there. Dust covered the windows. The smell of alcohol filled the room. Gregory looked around in disgust.'I would have never stepped in such a place butIhave to follow the Lord's instruction.'A man lay dead in a pool of blood, on the floor. Gregory bend down and checked his pocket. He removed a wallet and began to check it. On Lord Stephen's instructions, he had to kill an alcoholic agent who was on the verge of getting fired. He, however, didn't drink his blood. He stabbed him in the chest with a knife.Lord Stephen instructed him to kill in this way.The sound of a knock startl
