Valerie stirred up from bed holding her head as she felt a sharp pain and hard pounds in her head.

"You're up," Gideon beamed as he caressed her face. "How are you feeling?" He asked, checking her body temperature.

"I have a severe headache," she said, closing her eyes and wincing in pain.

"What happened to me? Last I remember, I went to the mall to shop with Maria, and I went to the kitchen utensils section to buy pots, pans, and oh my God," she gasped as she remembered everything.

Gideon looked at her quizzically, "What? Maria brought you home because you fainted. She brought you here like three hours ago, and I immediately called Doctor Dae," he quaked.

"I didn't faint! Well, technically I did, but it's only because she hit me on the head with a frying pan,"

"Who hit you?" Gideon asked.

"Fareeda. I saw her in the mall, she was speaking to me and then she congratulated me on my engagement. I wonder how she even knew about everything," She whined.
