The audacity

Lila quickly stop a taxi to take her to the company, since she has Eddy's business card. She will do anything to find out where her body is and how to get back into her body.

She look at the business card again and sigh, the taxi soon stop at the front of the company. Lila looks at the tall building in front of her and sigh. She owns this building, but now she is just someone who will not be able to get into the building as she wanted.

She gets down from the taxi and enters into the company's lobby. Since she knows everything there, she quickly make her way to the reception.

"Am here to see Eddy, I mean Mr. Eddy" she quickly correct herself.

The receptionist look at her strangely since she did not look like someone who might have business with Eddy.

Did you have an appointment with the director?" The receptionist ask.

"Director!" Lila could not believe Eddy is now the director of her own company in just a short time. 

She tries to calm down and not to look surprise.

"Yes" she nods. 

Lila believes her speculation about Eddy must be right. 

"He is here for my wealth and now that they think I am in coma. He quickly wants to climb to the top and take everything from me" Lila's face turns sore.

"I will not take that" she look angry.

"Your name?" The receptionist interrupts her thoughts.

"Li.. Cindy" she quickly correct herself and force a smile. She is not yet used to being Cindy but she cannot get caught either.

The receptionist contact Eddy and Eddy gave permission.

"Please follow me" the receptionist said to her and lead her to the elevator. Lila actually knows the way but she needs to act like Cindy now that her soul is in Cindy''s body.

As she follows the receptionist and they entered the elevator, someone also enters the elevator.

"Aunty Rosy!" Lila's heart skip a beat as she sees Rosy enter the elevator too. She quickly dodge so that Rosy will not see her.

She knows that Rosy will definitely spoil her plan and drag her out of the company if she sees her with what happened at party.

Lila use her hand to cover her face praying that Rosy will not notice her. Thankfully, Rosy did not notice her until she gets out of the elevator with the receptionist.

Lila sigh with relief as they get out of the elevator.

"This is the director's office" the receptionist point the office to her and leave.

"Thank you" she smile, but instantly frown.

That office was her office, she is the one who is suppose to be referred to as the director now. If not for the accident, she should have resumed to the office and start working.

That was her parents' Will. Her larents' Will state that when she clocks eighteen years she should resume office as the director to learn about everything in the company and the business too, then take over the company from Rosy when she clocks twenty one.

But Eddy is now the one occupying what belongs to her.

Lila walks closer to the office door, she really wants to barge in on Eddy and lash at him for stealing what belongs to her. But she suppress her anger since her soul is in Cindy''s body now.

She tries to calm down before she gently knocks on the door.

"Come in" Eddy's voice sound from inside. The receptionist already told him about Cindy so he believes it must be her.

Lila opens the door slowly and walks into the office. Instead of greeting Eddy she observe the office.

"He did not change anything" Lila thinks and look around the office with frown on her face. 

She already ask the office to be arranged and furnished according to her taste before the accident and everything is just like she wanted except that her name tag is not there but that of Eddy.

Lila walks around the office as she already forgot she is not in her body but Cindy's body.

Eddy just look at her amazed to see her without respect and courtesy walking around his office the moment she entered the office.

"Have you forgotten your manners?" Eddy tap the table before him angrily. Which brought Lila back to her senses, she quickly compose herself.

"Am sorry Mr. Eddy. I suddenly lost my sense with the beauty of your office" Lila quickly finds something to say. But Eddy did not look convinced but angry.

"Since I study design" Lila quickly adds to cover up. She has seen Cindy's college identity card and knows her major.

"I see" Eddy looks at her suspiciously. He could remember her attitude of trying to seduce him at the party the other night and believes she is so audacious.

"So why are you here?" Eddy has thought she will not come to find him after the embarrassment she got at the party. But when the receptionist called him that she is in the company, he could not but believe she is up to something.

And if that is the case, he wants to find out exactly what she is up to. Which was why he ask the receptionist to let her come to him.

"You gave me your business card at the party, remember?" Lila replies arrogantly.

Eddy stay quiet and don't say anything. Lila sigh and continues.

"I told you I needed a job and you gave me your business card to come see you" she quickly bring out the business card to show him.

Eddy glance at her and wonders what gave her the confident that he will actually offer her a job even if he gave her the business card. He only gave her the business card that night to make her leave.

He looks at her and think of what to do about her. He wonders if he should keep her close to him so that he will know her intentions or chase her away now.

As Eddy was still thinking, there is a soft knock on the office door.

"Eddy, am coming in" Rosy's voice sound from outside.

Hearing Rosy's voice, Lila froze on the spot, she looks scared. She knows that if Rosy sees her there, it will only cause her trouble.

Without thinking much, she quickly run to hide under Eddy's office table which surprise Eddy.

"What is with her?" Eddy smirked.
