The Kennel was Quite as busy as it has been ever since the white wolves had taken over the leadership of the Supreme Alpha from the Brown wolves. Although the other wolves that had helped join forces with the White wolves and ensured their victory were promoted and given higher ranks in the Leadership board of the wolves, they did not entirely seen to like the way the Kennel was being governed by Scott.

They had helped him fight to regain what they thought was his rightful positions since he was the oldest wolf in the kennel ever since Derek's father deserted. But now some of them had started to have some regrets as they compared Derek's brief leadership to that of Scott.
